大学生创业大手笔 500万买断高校餐厅广告位
业务拓展到上海、南京和东北80多所高校
新学期，走进沪上一些高校食堂，你会发现原先空荡荡的墙上，挂起了鲜亮的大幅商业和公益广告画。花500万元买断上海一批高校餐厅5年的广告位，如此“大手笔”竟出自华东理工大学四年级学生孙绍瑞之手。小孙已有3年多创业经历，在高校传媒领域摸爬滚打，成为沪上学子创业的一个亮点。
　　3万元只换来一张桌子
　　高考时，孙绍瑞填的高校志愿都是商学院。2003年，他从黑龙江考入华东理工大学商学院。大一下学期，他向父母借了3万元，加入几位学长办的贸易公司。公司主营业务是大学生打折消费卡，学生花20元买一张卡，可以在高校附近的加盟店里享受折扣。
　　小孙负责市场营销。有家小饭店，他第一次上门“游说”，对方没表态；第二、第三次上门，对方似乎动心；第四次上门，正巧老板心情不好，竟派几名厨师把小孙“架”出店门。小孙不甘心，第五次上门，终于说服对方加盟。
　　然而，公司经营状况并不理想。公司成立一年多后，创业者们一个个毕业离开，最后进行资产清理时，小孙只分得一张桌子。“初次创业失败对我打击很大，但我不甘心。”
　　餐厅白墙触发灵感
　　机遇降临。一家服饰公司给小孙打来电话：“我们想在高校搞服装设计大赛，你们能负责这个项目吗？”小孙一咬牙把这个项目接下来了，最后赚了2.5万元。之后，又有一连串企业请小孙代理在高校的各类活动。在此期间，小孙于2005年8月注册成立了新公司———上海梵谋文化传媒有限公司。
　　小孙没有停留在一笔笔接单子上，而是想掌握创业发展的主动权。高校餐厅空荡荡的墙壁，触动了他的生意“灵感”：何不把这块广告阵地买下来！
　　不料，跑了一家家高校食堂，吃了许多“闭门羹”。有家食堂给他指路：“要谈这个事情，你得找上海高校后勤服务股份有限公司。”公司有关方面负责人答复他：“高校餐厅的广告位可以让企业经营，但一年的买断费起码百万元。”小孙吓了一跳，因为他的公司只有15万元流动资金。
　　找合伙人的过程中，小孙真正体会到“商场复杂”。有的合伙人凭着财大气粗，想踢开他直接去谈协议。幸运的是，高校后勤公司有关部门负责人对小孙很信任，认为机会应该留给大学生的他。
　　思前想后，小孙给远在黑龙江的父亲打电话借钱。家里并不很富裕，父亲为了支持儿子，四处借钱。去年8月，小孙与高校后勤公司签了协议，5年共500万元，买断上海22所本科院校餐厅广告位，第一年先付90万元。
　　走出上海迅速扩张
　　新事业的“第一桶金”来了。去年底，一家乳品类公司与孙绍瑞签约，用260万元买下了打饭窗口上的灯箱广告位。
　　孙绍瑞并不满足，他又马不停蹄开拓市场，如今在上海已买下46所高校的餐厅广告位，还在南京、哈尔滨、长春、沈阳、大连等地买下40多所高校餐厅广告位。他认为，“好的商业思路太容易被人复制了，今天你不去占领，明天就会被别人抢去”。
　　小孙希望公司能形成传媒、实业、网络科技“三足鼎立”。目前，他已办起一家电子商务网站，名为“笑的网”，构筑品牌商品在高校的直销通道。他还计划在高校开一批品牌直销连锁店，第一家店已在松江大学园区开张。小孙毕业论文的题目也与电子商务有关。如今，小孙的公司有26名全职员工，都是本科学历。
　　大学期间，小孙花了许多精力创业，学业倒也没拉下，成绩在班里排中上水平。“很感激学校老师在创业路上给了我宽松的环境和许多点拨。”
　　孙绍瑞明白，公司“战线”长、员工不断增加，如何有效降低经营风险、管理好人力资源，自己面前还摆着许多问题需要应付。
